Today, more than ever, analysis of the management and exploitation of solid, liquid (mineral water and oil) and gaseous mineral resources is crucial for African countries. In this context, their human resources need to be constantly trained or retrained in order to properly defend the interests of these States during negotiations on the said resources, and to understand the issues at stake in the sector.
