Solid mining and mineral water law

Today, more than ever, analysis of the management and exploitation of solid and liquid mineral resources (mineral waters) is crucial for African countries. In this context, their human resources need to be constantly trained or retrained in order to adequately defend the interests of the said States during negotiations on the said resources, and to understand the issues at stake in the sector.
