Biographie:

DJABILO SEMBONGO Raïssa is a lawyer and Senior Researcher at CARNE.

Raïssa is involved in all operations relating to mining and energy law and litigation. She is also involved in the legal structuring, compliance studies and administrative formalization of mining and natural resource exploitation activities.

Raïssa is currently defending a doctoral thesis in public law at the University of Douala on mining governance in Cameroon.
